Things get fixed the day you put in a request, and they are genually concerned for your well being. The resturaunt next door is very cute and inviting, and it totally helps to have a dry cleaner right next door! I moved out and they helped me find someone to sublet my apt, and I would reccomend any of my friends to live there. Is a perfect place for anyone that is new to the city. Great neighborhood too, I always felt very safe...but now after reading the reviews are the weirdos that listen to your conversations and other things through the CEMENT walls, kinda creepy, I never once heard anything!!
