Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
* Poor ventilation - You can smell your neighbors cigarette smoke! (GROSS)
* No parking
* Poor maintenance
* Appliances not in good working order or condition. Very old appliances and running water is often brown if it hasn't been ran in a couple of hours!
* Tiny and SCARY noise making elevators
* Inadequate laundry facility. Not enough machines.
*If you are an insect phobic person dont move here! Spider and Centipede infested! Building tells you to spray bleach. There is nothing they can do!
*Windows are old out dated! Screens often have holes and openings for whatever bugs want to enter!
*Rent price is ridiculous!
*i would not recommend this apartment building! It needs to be rehabbed!
