I have been here for six months and I love it. It's very well maintained for a rental building, is in an EXCELLENT location, and its residents are respectful. I also love Third Coast Cafe, the hair salon, and Seattle Sutton which are all in the building. I have great views. I love the roof deck. I'm so sad that I'll have to leave to go to medical school...
