1260 Apt is an alright place to live don t expect to meet many people. Most keep to themselves. The 2 elevators are good except when one breaks it s a drag waiting 5 to 10 for a elevator. I had both neighbors complain about noise and no parties or anything just music and some loud girl is you know what I mean! The location is great but parking is horrible for friends with cars. Oh the AC units they rent to you are very old and crappy they didn t cool the apt on a hot day just made in some what bearable.
