I've lived in places nearby that make you feel invisible. This isn't one of them.
The staff and residents are friendly, helpful, and considerate. It's nice to know your neighbor's name and they yours. Apt. and grounds maintenance requests are responded to promptly and completely. As a single woman, I feel safe. Convenience & location are key for me! EVERYTHING the city has to offer is at your fingertips! Lease terms are fair and management works with residents to accomodate changing needs. The storage in my studio plan is more than I've seen in some one bedrooms. A nice touch is that before you move in, they have to paint the apartment anyway - so if you provide paint in a color you want, they will paint it for free, and you don't have to paint it back to white upon move out. Not a big deal to some, but I don't have time or care to paint anything myself, but do want a place that is a bit more personalized. 1260 has been a great place to live!
