I found this studio on the internet and luckily enough it proved very good. It's at a very good location with more than 3 different bus lines nearby and EL stop around the corner.

It's pretty safe, you have package receiving and maintenance on site, which I must say is excellent in providing anything you need to make your living here happy.

I would recommend not getting a south facing studio as the fans of the 3rd coast cafe are a bit noisy in the summer months. The walls might be a bit too thin as I can sometimes hear residents talking in the hallway but it is a very quiet establishment despite the cafe downstairs.

If I could afford a 1 bedroom in this building I would never leave but I hate living in studios so unfortunately I would have to move next year.

The management company puts up monthly fliers with events for the building so it's pretty nice. Laundry is with cards so you don't have to go find quarters and they have a treadmill and elliptical as well as an all-on-one weight machine in the laundry room.
