This really is a lovely building ... From: Langtry Date posted: 6/29/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I know that some people hjave had problems with management, but my experience overall has been positive. I find that if you are upfront with them about what you need, and you are willing to compromise, they will try to meet your request(s). As for the door persons, you will not find a friendlier bunch than this building's staff. They are friendly, careful and I feel very safe at 1350. The sundeck has spectacular views, from which you can watch the fireworks at Navy Pier every Wednesday & Saturday nights (in Summer). All in all, I've been very happy here.
