Yes the building is old but I knew that when I rented there. My only complaint is that the majority of the renters are young. My husband and I are in our 30's and have seen some of the people at the front desk intoxicated and obnoxious. No wonder they say management was mean (that is the way these 20somethings treat people).
The building is beautiful and the sundeck has great views (impressive to our friends). We only moved because we built a house. The front desk is very helpful and maintenance is on call 24 hours a day. What is wrong with that. Yes my dishwasher broke, so will the one in my house and guess what, I'll have to pay for that.
I won't miss the annoying young adults (if you want to call them that) in the building however.
