Nice Condo Building - GREAT location!

230 E. Ontario is a condo building owned and managed by the condo owner's association. Rentals are only available from owners who have decided to rent out their units. The building has a combination of one bedrooms and "convertables". All units have a "sunk-in" living room/bedroom design. There is a outdoor pool and sundeck on the roof (28th floor) which is open during the summer months. 24-hr doorman. Laundry facilities. Newly remodeled lobby. Central heat & air. Cable TV. Excercise room. The building is friendly and generally quiet. IDEAL location - just 2 blocks east of Michigan Ave. in Chicago's beautiful Streeterville neighborhood. Ideal for students or professionals who work or attend college in the area who don't need/want to own a car.
Rentals may be pricey because of special assessments to repair the building's masonery exterior - a $2 million project that was completed 2 years ago. Parking in this area is VERY expensive.
