We're happy now !!! - I've lived in this building for 11 years. Lee Street Management used to have a property manager named Denise. She was a real psycho------. Fortunately, she is gone now and everyone in the building is very happy. The rest of the people in the management office are real helpful and nice. As far as I'm concerned, I could live here till I die...if they don't go condo. James ...Full review of 1310-1320 West Birchwood (Lee Street Management)

About your only option if you want space, all the little things done right, and a great location - We looked all over before picking this building, and it was well worth the effort. While all our friends were in tiny convertibles or 1 bedrooms with tiny living rooms for the same money, we had an entryway/dining room open to a huge 20x16 living room. Great when other places were making us claustrophobic. The net result is a huge open feeling that goes from the door all the way to the ...Full review of 230 E Ontario Building

Good Experience - I've lived here with a roommate for 2 years now. It's been great! ZERO (!!) PEST PROBLEMS! Except the occasional little bug that comes in under the balcony door. Maintenance usually OK to respond, except when I came back from a weekend out of town and found water spots all over my ceiling and a wet rug. I called IMMEDIATELY and left a message on the emergency line. NO RESPONSE. ...Full review of 917 West Dakin

Two Thumbs Up! - I have lived and owned several different units within the building. I started off as a renter and will agree that at that time the board treated me poorly. I see to it that my tenants are not treated that way and if they have a problem or concern I am happy to discuss it and take it up with the board if necessary - my tenants have the right to enjoy the home that they rent. On the ...Full review of Brewster Building

Very bad management- extremely rude doorman- Tower 3 - Hi, We have lived in this community for over 3 years now. There has been some recent changes in the doormen, and the two new ones (Marc and Jesus) are really really bad. They are extremely rude and curt, and disrespectful to the residents. My Condo is awesome- but the pain of seeing those two faces is making me rethink. Even though we have raised the issue with the management, ...Full review of Museum Park Condominium

Lived there in the 1980's - This place is the best, but like most old buildings, it had problems. At that time the rooftop had cool globe lights. The sauna/whirlpool could have been cleaner. Believe it or not, the rent was 265 for the smallest studio. Great memories. ...Full review of 444 St James Apartment Bldg

Assume the worst...and you won't be dissapointed! - I moved into my apartment on the 15th of June, so my rate was pro rated to 1/2 a month for June, and I go the special for the 2nd month $250 off. The first week I moved in, I discovered no electricity in my walk in closet, and the outlet in the bathroom (in addition to it not being completely attached to the wall). The counter had this really awful what paneling on it, from ...Full review of 7000 S South Shore Drive Apts

Bostonian - I have lived in this building for six months. I have to say that it is in a very nice area. The street it is on is beautiful, well kept and is lined with old style mansions. It has several nice features. It is really close to the beach. I can see the lake from my window and it is a block from the grocery store. It is also in very close proximity to the red line train and several bus stops ...Full review of The Bostonian
