I have been living at this building for little over a year now; just recently renewed my lease. Bottom line, you cannot beat the location...what a great neighborhood! Moreover, the building itself is a very well kept building, the staffs are very attentive to the needs of the nenants; they will actually come to your door to find out if there is any issue with the apt...I mean, where are you going to get that'' Overall, it's the best area, nicest apt/building I have ever lived in Chicago and will highly recommend anyone looking to rent in the area to check out this address!
