Nice Living From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I have lived here for the past year. We bought our condo in June of 2007. While I'm sure living here during renovations was no fun, if you move in now you will reap the benefits. The entire outer facade has been redone, and all the hallways and interiors. The garage is kept so imaaculate I feel bad walking in there with dirty shoes! If you are looking to rent from an owner- or buying in the Chicago area, this is a fantastic location!
