3130 North Lake Shore Drive Apartments

Lovely staff, lovely location From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/3/2002 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2002   I have lived at 3130 N. Lake Shore Drive for many years and one reason I keep resigning leases is because the building manager and the maintenance staff are always amazing. Every problem (large or small) gets solved quickly and efficiently. They have gone beyond just satisfying the "basics" of our lease agreement; they (Mr. Ellis and his staff) have worked to make sure that I am completely comfortable and happy in this building. Yes, the facility is old and has its problems, but the staff and location have kept me coming back. Joyce
