Great place to live. From: shortyisacat Date posted: 4/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   From what I have experienced this place is great. Last couple of days when the temperature dropped the heat came on and it turned 80 degrees in the apartment, that is good management. The freight elevator was missing a floor # and when it was brought to their attention was immediately repaired, that is good management. Having an office that accepts your packages for safe keeping until you get home, that is good management. People seem to only focus on their negative experiences here. Try living some place where things are not repaired on a moments notice, try living some place where the temp in the apartment does not go above 62 degrees without adding space heaters and then getting a bill for 375.00$ for gas forced heat and a big elec bill for using space heaters. Y'all just complain too much. This place has been great, nice exercise room, large laundry room, not at all anything to complain about. In my opinion this is a great place to live and for Lakeview the rent isn't too high either.
