I lived in this building and we had a good experience. The engineer/maintenance team was AMAZING. It's an older building so things tend to go, but they were extremley responsive and acted quickly to any problems we may have had. The building was clean and Joe is a nice guy with the best of intentions to be fair and keep everyone happy.
With this many apartments in a building and some people that like to pick on every little thing there are bound to be some complainers out there. However, I personally found this to be a good leasing experience. The building is almost always full... that probably can indicate that more people than not really enjoy living here.

People tend to rent here because of the LOCATION. It is fantastic. The building being occupied is in no way indicative of the quality of life there. It is a shame, because if they would just fix up the building a little and keep out the seedier element, it would be a really nice place to live. But the way it is now, location is all it has going for it.
