Depends what you like really. If you like paying overly inflated prices for great amenities such as cockroaches in the halls, super thin windows along with an extremely poor hearing service that make winter unbearable, paper thin walls so you can hear your neighbors cough, blown fuses if you try to use a portable heating unit to make up for their entire lack of heat, blown fuses if you use an air conditioner, 3 dollars per load to wash/dry clothes, and your rent going up by 25-50 per month every time you try to resign, then you'll love this place. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
