i lived here for 3 months, the super is a friendly nice guy. the place could use the once over and a good snag list. a few roaches, but nothing to bad. the location is wonderful and there is a great bar not even half a block away, F.O Mahonys. rent is certainly not the going rate for the area, which i found out a month into my 3 month sublet. utilities are not included and a studio apartment set me back 750 a month while my girlfriend rented a one bed 2 blocks away for 650. the place is fine, but shop around the area, you'll find larger apartments for less. still though moved back to Ireland and miss that place everyday!
