The tenants go from one extreme to the other. Everyone is either amazingly friendly or rude and rotten to the core. The units are nice, and it's right by the lake. Maintenance is friendly, and the brokers that I know (It's a condo building - only brokers rent out) are very nice. That's where the positives end. Shoreline Park Management is AWFUL! There are 2 young women that work in the management office who for the most part seem very helpful and hardworking. The rest of the staff, however, is the pits! They are rude, prejudiced, corrupt, and have caused an insane amount of residents to absolutely hate them. There are even lawsuits pending against these people right now! I haven't listed any examples, simply because there are too many. Trust me, save yourself the heartache, and don't come near this place!!
