This place is WAY overpriced for this area. The elevators suck, the manager is BEYOND rude. I actually talked to previous tenants who moved out because of her.
And agree with previous poster regarding the 60 day notice --they show your apartment anytime they want, with no notice but a 2 second phone call as they are already standing at your door. Very rude!
Place needs remodeling BIG TIME -- my apartment was nice but I was embarrassed to bring guests in the lobby and hallways. The carpeting is from a bad Vegas hotel banquet hall.....and the paint color in the halls is putrid. Again SO not worth the money! They do nothing to do upkeep in the building and you are paying for nothing.
Look around before you jump the gun on this place!
