Building has deteriortaed and the overall atmosphere of a friendly family sort of feel has been destroyed under the new buidling management of Village Green.

True. This management company "Villagegreen" is all for getting people in but not for giving people what they need. It's sad that a company like this can come in and ruin such a nice place. Think hard before making your a dicision. You could save yourself alot of money and headaches. This company is trying hard to complete with newer building and is loosing tenants because the management team is inexperienced and lie.

To respond to this response at this time Village Green just took over the property. Of course in the beginning everyone is always learning. I've lived here through the transfer of management companies and actually enjoy the village green staff more. It totally feels like a family here to me and i'VE NEVER had any issues! :)
