I've lived here almost 4 years, and have been very satisfied. When I moved in, I had my things in a van which wasn't high enough to reach the loading dock. The maintainance staff was so nice enough to lend us a hand moving in. The maintenance staff continued to be helpful with minor repairs in my unit: always very prompt. I like the indoor pool. The gym is small, but new equipment has recently replaced the old ones. The residents are pleasant, and the atmosphere is simple but sophisticated. The building is very safe, and the public areas are kept clean. The elevators are very fast, except for the rare occasions one of them is being repaired. Parking is variable: I lost a very good parking spot on an upper level (with easy elevator access) because I gave up my parking spot for 3 months. Since getting another parking spot, it is in the basement, which has no easy access to the elevators: making wheeling heavy objects next to impossible. The price is the same for all spots, and no other good parking spot has opened up. I move out in a few months, so we'll see how that goes...
