The Good:
Unbeatable location, outstanding doormen and maintenance staff, and a quiet excellent group of tenants in this pet friendly building.
The Bad:
The office staff is nice but often unorganized. I received parking fee late notices for months after I turned the cardkey in, and I have received rent late notices after the check had already cleared the bank.
The Ugly:
Nothing really, the building is starting to show its age a bit, and the appliances are older but functional. The washroom is out of date and the change machine is frequently out of change. But this is small stuff, overall I recommend it.
