This is a terribly run building. They seem to change staff in the office every few days and have no idea how to manage an apartment building. There are too many maintainance issues to list but certainly not having working toilets, no hot water in the shower, and fixtures that literally fall off the walls is not what you'd expect for such expensive rent.
The office has assigned me someone else's parking space, "misplaced" my rent payment twice in less than a year, and never even retuns a phone call about a question or complaint.
I know of a tennant with 2 very unfriendly dogs that hace attacked other tennants and other dogs and the management company refuses to evict the animals and/or owner.
There are many much beter places to live in this area for less money.

In response to the above this is the management office. I am sorry you have had such a bad experience but I would love to try and help. Please contact the office to schedule a maintenance tech to fix any problems you may have with light fixtures, toilets or water issues that is what we are here for. Unless you tell us things are happening we have no way to know we need to fix them. Since I have worked in the office which has been 1 year, I have had no complaints about any dog attacks so again please tell us these things so we can address them.
