I moved into 420 this past winter so all I got to experience was the cold lake winds. But let me tell you living by the lake in the summer is amazing. Living here you are one block from Ohio st beach and only a bike ride away from all the festivals in the summer. While everyone else in the city is fighting to get to Navy Pier for the 4th of July fireworks you are just a step away!

Now for my apartment it is just as great as the location, I live in a two bedroom and the floorplan is perfect for me. I have a corner unit so I have these great rounded windows which really make my living space. I am also a swimmer so the indoor pool is a great plus that I can use all year round.
