-horrible management (never available within the hours on the door)
-alley is filled with homeless people that you can see from your window/hear talking at night
-did not feel safe
-poor maintenance
-old appliances (they just put paint over the old bathtub in the bathroom)
-water would just stop working (sometimes they would give warning)
-lost one of my rent checks
-packages are left in a room where everyone has access too (I had to get important things sent to me at work b/c I didn't want someone stealing)


the only pros were that it was in a great location and they did not have a bug problem odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
