lovely place (albeit old), scuffed up floors and dingy bathrooms are to be expected. Noise level low. Landscaping small but well-tended. Parking spaces expensive and tiny.
please please be wary of the management and exiting the apartment. they entered and inspected our apt w/o notification, marked that there was damage to the floorwork and then refused to return our large security deposit. The floors were already in worn condition. Luckily for us we had a dated picture that showed a section of the floor; otherwise, screwed out of hundreds.
So, if and when you decide to move in, take a video camera. Videotape the conditions. Better yet, take pictures while visiting the apt and have them sign it.
Scary and discomforting. A bad way to end an otherwise comfortable three years.
