Great Apartment, Location, Management and Price.

I lived in Chicago for 2 years (in this apt. for 6 months) and the property management team was the most responsive team I worked with. When I had to sublease my apt., they were very flexible and helpful. Also, you get a GREAT deal for the price. Space and location are premium for a young (20s/30s) professional in Chicago. Neighborhood is safe and close to everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend 425 W. Surf Street. Parking is awful in this neighborhood, but I managed for 2 years to always find a spot, it's not impossible. My only complaint is that the freight elevator was frequently broken and the common areas (hallways & laundry room) weren't as tidy as they could have been.
