Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I rented a corner 1 bedroom for two years. At first, rent was reasonable and everything was great. Unfortunately, and without my permission, the management altered the terms of my lease to extend the term by one month. As such, I was stuck in the place longer than I should have been.
Maintenance was a joke. If something couldn't be fixed with duct tape, nothing was done. Having an English speaking maintenance man on staff may have helped.
STAY AWAY...shady management!
