This apartment building seems nice at first and so does the management, but it s the opposite. The location is wonderful but that is all. I had a bad experience and I would not want anyone else to waste their money. Here are some of the things I experienced and the reasons as to why you should not move here.

1.) Trash in the hallway. They decided to repaint the trash room (which is really the staircase). So the tenants were forced to put their trash in the hallway for a few days. It was in the middle of the summer and became smelly and disgusting.

2.) Fire that had no answers. In the middle of the winter an unoccupied apartment "somehow" caught on fire. We never found out what happened. Management just didn t seem to care or they just didn t want to tell us what really happened.

3.) ---- Roaches and weird bugs. The first week I moved in to the apartment I saw cockroaches and other large bugs. Management did nothing until the fallowing week. I do not cook and spend most of my time eating out so I know it wasn t because of me. This ended in me spending my own money buying bug traps and sprays so I wouldn t have to live with COCKROACHES!

4.) NOT CLEAN. The entire building is just dirty including the laundry room.

5.) Rude Management. They make attempts to be nice at first but it always seemed like a chore for them to fallow through on anything.

6.) Constantly entering apartment. They always had a reason for entering my apartment. This happened as often as once a month. I found it very odd and just didnt understand.

7.) There were also a few suspicious neighbors.
