This new person named Chuck that is in the office is very rude and unprofessional. He is not even polite to residents that pay their rent on time every month and have never been a problem. He also seems very un-experienced and knows little or nothing about the building. Althought, I love the building I am not sure if I would recommend this apartment building to a friend solely based on my experiences with Chuck.
