Things have changed here for the worse. When jerome h meyer was running the place it was easy breezy. Now a new company has taken over as of september or october last year and it was a nightmare ever sense. The heat was never warm enough and they did nothing to improve it, they were even brought to court about this issue, multiple times I had health inspectors over to my apartment to check on the temprature. Also in going down to the basement to check on things in the storage unit or bike room there are dead roaches all around the floor....this place is not recommended if you want heat or to have sanitary facilities.
