I just read the review posted on 1/10/2008. This person must have been reading my mind. I have been hear for six months and I can't wait for my lease to be up. I am actually thinking about breaking my lease because I have been so unhappy with the management and lack of amenities. I would look elsewhere unless you are just desperate for an apartment!

Thanks for the putting up a review to back-up mine from 1/10/08. The building has gotten worse since my review in January. I saw one of the management representatives in the building last night (which was a SHOCK since they don't even show up at the building anymore other than to tour the poor people they will lease to) - she let the elevator door slam in my face and didn't even acknowledgment my existence, but she was all smiles for the prospective renter she was meeting. There are MANY other buildings in the area - stay away from TLC Management buildings. There are 12 units on my floor and in the last 10 months...7 have turned over. Best of luck to the remaining renters - I am out of there in June.

Good luck finding a better place. I have until October before my lease is up and I am already looking!! I guess we should add that the elevator doesn't work to our list of other complaints!
