The paper-thin walls are no barrier to noise.

If you decide to rent here, be advised that your bedroom will share a wall with your next-door neighbor's living room, and any parties, home theater experiences, or phone conversations he or she decides to have at midnight or beyond will sound like they're taking place in your bedroom. Also, the contractors they hire to do the "renovations" do a miserable job of painting (they don't use masking tape so everything--key holes, hinges, knobs, outlets, screws, small mammals, window latches--gets a coat of paint or two whether it's supposed to or not), and they make no effort to clean up the inevitable paint drips.
Otherwise, this is a decent if overpriced place in a nice, mostly quiet neighborhood with great access to entertainment, sports, shopping, restaurants, nature, etc. I really wish we had a fitness center though: nothing special, just a couple of treadmills.
