Reading some of the reviews below, I've got to say that I have not had these types of problems in my apartment. I've lived at the building for over a year now (I just renewed my lease) and plan to stay for a while. The neighborhood is fantastic! You have everything you need a couple of blocks up the street without having to deal with the noise and traffic. I don't drive, so the parking situation doesn't bother me, but it is quite congested over here, but what neighborhood isn't' If you're looking for a nice apartment, nice management and a great neighborhood, then I would recommend 434 W. Wellington.
