This is one of the worst buildings and management companies on the face of the earth! Where in the hell do I begin'

Ok, first of all, the elevators in this building are always out. And, I do mean always! So unless you enjoy walking up narrow, steep, dark, and dangerous stairwells, this may not be the place for you. I cannot tell you how many times I have had to step over crackheads passed out on the stairs! This is NOT a safe place for women or children!!!

Years ago, there was a murder on the 6th floor. The body was left in the apartment so long, the entire building smelled like a corpse!

In the wintertime there is NO heat. I used to have to run my oven just to get the temp in my apartment to at least 36 degrees and the water is always being turned off WITHOUT any notice!

And how could I forget the neighbors' This building is LOADED with questionable characters! You might as well rent a cell in Cook COunty jail. One of my frineds was robbed at knife point in the hallway on the main floor!

Last but certainly not least... I hope you like pets, because this place has got tons of them. Only most people call them roaches and rats!
