I used to live there for few years.It is not really luxury but price is affordable.What can you expect for their prices'Apartments and building is really clean,on-site stuff is nice and helpfull.Elevators were down but they have been fixed long time ago and they are perfect now.You still can see some roaches but that is because some tenants are probably not that clean.All in all it's nice and clean pleace,with responsible on-site staff,close to transportation,lake and basically everything.
I would really recomended it!!!(I moved out because my job moved to suburb)

Lady, you must be smoking some crunk azz crack! LMAO! This place is the lowest of the low! Even Charles Manson would be afraid to live here! and what the hell do you mean by you might see SOME roaches? you have more roaches than you have residents in this building! the FN roaches ride the elevator with you going to see there friends on the various floors!!
