stay the hell away from any building that is managed by Wilmette. they have a long history of being rude, unsympathetic, and uncaring! They will take your rent and won't fix a god-damn thing!

the person who wrote the only nice review written about this place, works in the leasing office. you see, i recognize her dialect. ;-) it's sept. and she desperately needs to rent these apts. winter is coming soon and fewer people move during the winter months. so, she is doing everything she can to push her empty units! so, be smart and beware!

this property is surrounded by gangs, drugs, and crime! just look up the police reports on icam.com. better yet, visit the neighborhood at night and you will see what i mean. there are drug dealers on every corner openly selling thier poison!

nothing changes for the better with this place! safety has always been a big issue here. even back in the 90's. and in the 07's, it's gotten even worse!
