I'm willing to wager that most of the reviews on this building are all written by the same jaded ex-tenant who has little better to do than to check in every few weeks to complain about the neighborhood and personally attack the family in the leasing office which is just sad (who knows what her real problem is').

I gave it an outstanding review to combat all of this ridiculous negative hype which is completely false and vindictive. In all honesty I'd give the place 3 or 4 stars.

The leasing office lady has always been very friendly and helpful so I think that's just awful that someone would say cruel things. I've never had a problem with the elevators. I haven't had to deal with any critters. I have seen rats outside of the building before but as long as they don't come inside it doesn't bother me.

The Laundry room is decent. There's a schedule chalkboard where you can write in when you plan to do your wash and most people seem to follow it alright. It's when people don't follow it and just go to do their laundry whenever they please that things are a hassle.

Most of the tenants seem real friendly too. The neighborhood probably isn't the best in the city but there's much worse and I've heard it's done loads of improvement over the years. I've never felt unsafe here and for $550 its a steal.

I'm sure there will be other reviews in the future but hopefully they are legit. Obviously there was a pattern where several of the reviews repeated the same things about these apartments which aren't even true. Crackheads in the stairwell' Come on now..

Wow! They must be really getting desperate for new tenants! LMAO! Now they are writing fake reviews! HAHAHAHAHAHA! Too damn, funny! But you know what's NOT funny? Living in this building! This neighborhood and particularly this building, has a long standing reputation for crime. Don't take my word for it, here are the crime stats for this block!
