I read some of these reviews before I moved in, and was a little afraid because of it. Now, however, I see that you people writing bad reviews are just crazy. It's in an incredibly convenient location, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the rent is cheap, I have a great view, and I've never had a bug problem. My only complaint is that sometimes it gets a little cold in the apartment--but I wrap up in a blanket and it's fine. This is a nice, diverse, friendly place to live. You people who talk about how you were afraid all of the time are probably just racist and didn't like seeing black and hispanic people in your building. Move to Lincoln Park.

You live at 4423?Why don't you write your comments for building where you live at?I live at 4423 N Sheridan 3 years and just signed my 4th.Water shut off without notice-never.Pipes busted-just once my bath tub clogged and I wauted 20 minutes only and I talked to some other tenants and they told me nobody here waits more then 30 minutes to get something fixed even in middle of the night.Our on-site management is really responible and they are doing great job.Bugs-never had any.Do you clean your place? I highly recomend this place-rent is ok,convinient location

Even if this building had NO tenants - this would still be a horrible place to live! In my opinion, Wilmette Realty is the king of slumlords! Lousy management! Roaches! Rats! NO HEAT IN THE WINTER! Pipes are always busted and THE WATER IS CONSTANTLY BEING SHUT OFF - WITHOUT NOTICE! Filthy hallways that haven't been painted in YEARS! And the building is FALLING APART!
