i lived there for two years. it wasnt bad, it wasnt great either. the pluses are the location, friendly and responsive on site manager, and all utilities were included. the minuses were that it was kind of small, not exactly modern appliances/fixtures/etc., and it is really noisy if your room is by the alley. you will hear the trucks emptying dumpsters every morning. didnt seem to be too much noise between rooms though. no rodent or insect problems. decent for a college student or lower income person who likes lincoln park but if you make a decent living you will want something nicer.
