Rat, bedbug, roach,....

I found small rat!! in my room also and be careful for Bedbug also. The elevator is very old and stop often. Mgr always very nice at the first time before you move in, after that.... totally opposite. In the winter, MGR open center heater 65F. I have to use extra heater all the winter time.
