Between Broadway, Clark and Diversy, everything is within foot's reach. The management is friendly and the maintenance guy for the building is wonderful. 1920s building has great character and has been maintained and kept clean. Built by president FDR's mother's family. Parking is available under the building and out front for a fee 150-200/mo. You won't need a car unless you commute to work though. Walk to the bus or train.
