Ok if you get one of the better units From: cutterchgo Date posted: 5/30/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   I was lucky enough to get one of the units on the side of the building that did not flood. It took a few months of complaining to get new carpeting when I first moved in but after that, I was ok with the overall experience. They have a tendency to take in alot of riff-raff so check out the neighbors on your floor first.
