Be Afraid, be very very afraid! From: sassysec2 Date posted: 9/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   In the 2 and a half years we have lived here we have seen alot of disturbing things, we have only stayed because of the great neighborhood. The leasing company tells you that this is a secure building but I can tell you that it is NOT. We have had our storage unit broken into, clothes stollen from out of the laundry room, and items stollen from right outside our door. The hallways, stairwells, and laundry room are rarely cleaned. The elevators and washing machines are always out of service and only repaired after several days of tenants calling.
