Absolutely awful! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/22/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   In 1 and 1/2 years of living here I have had major flooding in my apartment on multiple occasions because they won't spend money to fix anything correctly. When it does flood the response is slow and insufficient. I would strongly recommend you live somewhere else since it is not worth the trouble to live in a place that is so poorly maintained.
