This is the worst place I have ever lived at. It started from the day of the move when they did not even have my apartment cleaned before I moved in. It took them 1 full week to clean the apartment even after I delayed my move in.

Subsequently, there have been numerous maintenance problems with my apartment and with the overall facilities. All washers and dryers in the laundry room were broken for nearly 6 weeks and they suggested we take our laundry to another bulding.
Rudest management I have ever had: When I called up the management to discuss a maintenance problem with my apartment, they hung up on me. I called up again and they hung up again.

Heating and Water issues: They have not switched on heating even though it is starting to get cold. The only option is to stay fully clothed since their qualification of cold temperature implies freezing only. Water is lukewarm most of the time.

I spoke to residents in another property managed by BJB and they have a similar nightmarish experience with maintenance in their property as well.

Stay away if possible.
