Not worth the price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I was on of the first people to live in the refurbished units. I moved in during the second week of January 2005. I was told the construction would be done by the end of March, to this day I think they are still working on the building. The rooms are very small and LOUD. You can hear everything that goes on on your floor. They charge 1100 for a one bedroom that is no more than 650 square feet. The locations is nice, but that doesnt make up for the crappy management and building. Management was so bad I will NEVER rent from BJB again. They are a total waste of time and dont care about anything other than the dollars you shell out. STAY AWAY!!
