Miss this place!! - I lived at 540 W. Roscoe for two and a half years and loved it! Unfortunately, I moved back to Iowa, otherwise I would have stayed! The office and maintenance staff are so friendly... they really enjoy getting to know their residents - and their pets! If I didn't visit them weekly (with my dog), they'd start to wonder what happened to me! The apartments are older so ...Full review of 540 W. Roscoe Street

I quickly found these stories false because the folks who run this building, along with my neighbors, have been terrific. They are always available and they take care of any little thing that ...Full review of 1257 West Lunt Avenue

The best neighborhood and value in the city. - I've been a Sandburg resident for over 15 years. I was lucky enough to purchase my apartment when the local realtors kept these building under-valued. The apartments are very well planned and laid out. The associations have gyms, 2 pools, tennis and many other amenities. Parking is SUCH A DEAL!!! Heated and valet for $110 per month in my building. If you can find a renovated place to ...Full review of Sandburg Village

good for the price - a nice apartment but highly restricted. you're not even allowed to paint. the elevators work most of the time (a problem in a 19 story apartment building) and the office staff, at least the new one, is less than polite and helpful. the apartment is spacious though and good condition. it's a very quiet building. i cannot hear my neighbor's tv at all until in the hallway. ...Full review of Grace Street Towers
