Nice apartment- Horrible Building Manager From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Great neighborhood and close to bus stops, food, shops etc. 1 bed unit was good size, walls a little thin and could hear the person above walking around at all hours. If you get a unit that faces another building, say goodby to sunlight, you'll feel like you live in a garden unit even if you're a few floors up. Florence (the building manager) is a nightmare. Living with my parents would be easier and less obtrusive. Maintenence can be slow and require 2 phone calls before work is completed. Not staying any longer than 1 year.
