The realtors (Horizon) never gave me any problems, and the apartment itself was alright - but living under the same room with the building engineer Florence was truly a nightmare. She yells at you when you move in, she yells at you when you are having a conversation while waiting for the elevator or outside having a smoke, she yells at you when you move out. Basically, she yells. A lot. She will also go into your apartment (without notification) and if it is not clean enough for her tastes, she will yell at you for that, too. She was even rude to my PARENTS. This was my first apartment out of college, and because of Florence, I will not remember it pleasantly. I advise anyone looking for a place to live to ignore that 'apartments available' sign out front and look elsewhere.
